Why Real Solutions Home Health Care?

Real Solutions is independently owned and operated since 2009. We‘re an active member of the Home Care Association of Florida. This nonprofit organization gives home health care providers the information they need to deliver high-quality, cost-effective services to patients and clients in their homes. They also fight for patients to be the center for decisions in the state of Florida and in Washington D.C. when decisions need to be made in support of continuing home health care benefits to those in need.

We had the honor of being named to HomeCare Elite’s list of the nation’s top 25 percent of Medicare-certified home health care agencies.

We are committed to exceeding the needs and expectations of our patients, physicians, and other caregivers by continuously reviewing for quality improvement in all aspects of our operation.

Our on-call nurse clinicians answer all calls directly. Our patients will NEVER be placed on hold by an answering service.
